Online Ticket Purchase
Online bus ticket purchase is available via:
- website www.gaga-turs.rs
- mobile application Gaga Turs
On the website gaga-turs.rs, purchase is possible with or without registration.
For purchases via the Gaga Turs application, registration is mandatory.
Enter your desired destination in the search and select the ticket type:
- One-way
- Open return
- Closed return
Departure date is mandatory. For closed return tickets, the return date must also be selected.
Sales closing time depends on the route and ranges from 30 minutes to 6 hours before departure.
If sales are closed, an appropriate notification will be displayed.
Tickets and Travel
Printing the ticket is not required. You can also show the ticket on your mobile phone.
You need to present:
- ticket on a mobile phone or printed
- personal identification (ID card or passport), if required
Yes. Online tickets cost the same or may be cheaper than at other points of sale.
Seat selection is available only via the website gaga-turs.rs and only for certain routes.
If the option is not shown during purchase, seat selection is not available for that departure.
The ticket price is final. Differences may occur depending on passenger category (children, students, adults, pensioners).
At some stations, a station service fee is charged which is not included in the price. For the Požarevac bus station, it is also possible to purchase a platform ticket online.
Payment
By card – entering data on a secure payment page
IPS payment – by scanning a QR code or via a link to the bank’s mobile application
E-wallet – for registered users (preloaded balance)
Check your Spam / Junk folder in your email inbox.
If the ticket has not arrived within a few minutes, send an email with the transaction confirmation to: office@gaga-turs.rs
After purchase, the passenger receives a document containing both the ticket and fiscal receipt.
Currently, it is not possible to issue an invoice for a legal entity.
Luggage and Special Passenger Categories
The ticket price includes only hand luggage.
Transport of larger luggage is charged by the driver according to the valid price list for intercity and international routes.
- Children up to 2 years do not pay a ticket on international routes if seated on a companion’s lap.
- Children up to 3 years do not pay a ticket on intercity departures if seated on a companion’s lap.
- Children older than the specified age pay a ticket with an appropriate discount, in accordance with valid tariffs.
Changes and Cancellations
In the Gaga Turs app: Tickets → Close return ticket → Select ticket → Continue.
On the website gaga-turs.rs: The closing option is located in the search engine. After clicking, you will see instructions for closing.
A ticket can be closed no later than 6 hours before departure. The return trip must be completed within 60 days from the date of the first journey.
Changing the date is not possible.
Cancellation is possible no later than 12 hours before departure, with a 100% refund.
It is necessary to send to office@gaga-turs.rs:
- PDF ticket
- cancellation statement
For IPS payments, it is also necessary to provide the account number and account holder name.
Gaga Turs Mobile Application
Vehicle tracking is available in the Gaga Turs application.
In the Gaga Turs app, it is possible to digitize a paper ticket purchased at:
- Bus station
- ticket machine
- on the bus
By scanning the QR code, the ticket is stored on the phone and can be closed.
The Gaga Turs app includes a loyalty program for frequent travelers.
The app indicates when special benefits or promotions are active.
